Your journey begins with a scenic 5-hour drive from Hanoi to Sapa, with short stops along the way for refreshments. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer to the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley for a guided trek through the stunning landscapes to the ethnic villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. Along the trail, you’ll encounter members of the Black Hmong, Red Dzao, and Dzay communities, and visit local schools and homes to learn about their unique cultures. Return to your hotel in Sapa for a restful evening at your own pace.
After breakfast, travel to the cable car station for an exhilarating ride up Fanxipan Mountain, the “Roof of Indochina.” From the upper station, enjoy a short walk to the summit, where breathtaking panoramic views await. Return to Sapa town and continue with a hike up Ham Rong Mountain, a beautifully landscaped area with gardens, rock formations, and spectacular views over the town and valley. Spend time soaking in the scenery before returning to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore or relax.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and some free time in the morning. Then, begin the journey back to Hanoi with a stop for lunch en route. Arrival in Hanoi is expected in the afternoon.
