Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, you’ll enjoy an authentic Nepalese dinner, allowing you to taste the local cuisine and soak in the vibrant culture of the city. Day 2: Fly to Pokhara; Trek to Ghandruk
In the morning, a short flight will take you from Kathmandu to Pokhara, where you’ll be greeted by the stunning views of the Himalayas. From Pokhara, a drive to Nayapul marks the start of your trekking adventure. You’ll begin trekking to Ghandruk, a charming Gurung village known for its rich culture and beautiful scenery. This first trek introduces you to the natural beauty and cultural warmth of the Annapurna region.
Day 3: Ghandruk to Chhomrong
Today, the trek leads uphill to Kimrungdanda, offering panoramic views along the way. You’ll then descend to Kimrong Khola before ascending again to reach Chhomrong, a village with stunning views of the Annapurna Range. This day presents a mixture of challenging climbs and rewarding descents through picturesque landscapes.
Day 4: Chhomrong to Bamboo
Starting with a descent down 2,500 stone steps to Chhomrong Khola, the trek ascends again toward Sinuwa and finally reaches Bamboo, a peaceful village nestled amidst nature. The day’s trek is filled with the natural beauty of forests, rivers, and mountain vistas.
Day 5: Bamboo to Deurali

Day 6: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp

After resting at MBC, the trek continues to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), the pinnacle of the journey. Day 7: ABC to Bamboo
After soaking in the beauty of Annapurna Base Camp, you’ll retrace your steps back to Bamboo, following the same scenic route. The descent offers a new perspective on the landscapes you’ve already traversed, making it just as rewarding.
Day 8: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda
The trek continues uphill to Kuldighar, followed by a descent to Jhinu Danda, where you’ll have the option to visit the nearby hot springs. This is a perfect way to relax your muscles after several days of trekking, offering a rejuvenating experience amidst nature.
Day 9: Trek to Nayapul; Drive to Pokhara
From Jhinu Danda, you’ll trek to Nayapul before taking a drive back to Pokhara. The day marks the end of the trekking portion of your adventure, and you’ll have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Pokhara, known for its beautiful lakes and laid-back vibe.
Day 10: Fly back to Kathmandu
After a morning flight back to Kathmandu, you’ll have the afternoon free to explore the city. This is a perfect opportunity to visit historical sites, do some last-minute shopping, and enjoy a farewell dinner, celebrating the completion of your trekking adventure.
Day 11: Departure
On the final day, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure. With the trek behind you, you’ll leave Nepal with memories of breathtaking landscapes, cultural experiences, and a sense of achievement from completing the Annapurna Base Camp Trek.
