Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh

Upon arriving in Phnom Penh, you’ll be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is dedicated to relaxing, recovering from your flight, and meeting the group. In the evening, we’ll head out for dinner and drinks, getting a taste of Phnom Penh’s vibrant nightlife.

Day 2: Exploring Phnom Penh’s History

Your day begins with an exciting tuk tuk tour through the bustling streets of Phnom Penh. We will visit the sobering S21 Prison and the Killing Fields, where you will learn about Cambodia’s dark history under the Khmer Rouge regime. The day closes with a group dinner, followed by exploring the local nightlife.

Day 3: Kampot Countryside Getaway

Today, we leave the city and head for the peaceful countryside of Kampot, located by a scenic riverside. This afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to swim and relax before kayaking down the river, soaking in the relaxed pace of local life. The evening is spent enjoying a group dinner by the riverside.

Day 4: Kampot Pepper Plantation and Cooking Class

Kampot is famous for its world-class pepper, and today we will visit a local pepper plantation to learn more about its production. Afterward, you’ll take part in an interactive cooking class to learn how to prepare authentic Cambodian dishes. The day concludes with a beautiful sunset river cruise.

Day 5: Koh Rong Sanloem Island Escape

We travel to the tropical island of Koh Rong Sanloem, a paradise with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. After checking into our beachside accommodation, the afternoon is free for you to explore or relax by the beach. Dinner and drinks round off this perfect island day.

Day 6: Snorkeling and Island Adventure

Today, we board a private long-tail boat to explore the best snorkeling spots around Koh Rong Sanloem, including hidden beaches. Spend the afternoon snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and in the evening, enjoy a stunning sunset to reflect on the day’s adventures.

Day 7: Final Day on Koh Rong Sanloem and Overnight Travel to Siem Reap

Spend your last day on the island soaking in the tropical atmosphere before catching the ferry back to the mainland. That evening, we will embark on a luxurious overnight bus to Siem Reap, complete with reclining beds and air conditioning.

Day 8: Floating Villages in Siem Reap

After arriving in Siem Reap early in the morning, we will explore traditional floating villages surrounded by rice fields, lotus flowers, and flooded forests. This day will provide insight into rural Cambodian life, before returning to Siem Reap for the evening.

Day 9: Angkor Wat Sunrise and Temple Exploration

Rise early to witness the magnificent sunrise over Angkor Wat, one of the world’s most iconic temples. A local guide will lead us through the complex, sharing the history of Angkor Wat and nearby temples such as Ta Prohm, famously featured in the movie Tomb Raider. The day ends with a final group dinner and night out in Siem Reap.

Day 10: Farewell and Departure from Siem Reap

Your 10-day adventure comes to an end in Siem Reap. After breakfast, we will help you plan your onward travel, ensuring that your time in Cambodia finishes as smoothly as it began.
