Cancellation Policy
If Cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, 20% will be charged as the cancellation fees.
If Cancellation is made 15 days before the date of travel, 50% will be charged as the cancellation fees.
If Cancellation is made 7 days before the date of travel, 100% will be charged as the cancellation fees.
Cancellation By Oyepedia Travel LLP:-
Oyepedia Travel LLP reserves the right for cancelling the trip departure and will inform 4-7 days prior from the date of travel. Due to
Force Majure that is unforeseen conditions, Oyepedia Travel LLP reserves the right to cancel the trip. In cancellation of the tour as an alternative,
we will offer you some other package similar to your booked package.
In case if you do not accept the offer, In that case, we will give you a Voucher of the
equivalent that you can redeem within 6 months from your booking date after this your voucher will be null and void. Oyepedia Travel LLP is not liable for any delay, misconduct, any damage
due to ‘Force Majure’ that includes weather conditions, terrorist activities, riots, strike, Curfew, fire, disease and political issues.
