Upon your arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to the beach resort in Negombo. This day will be for relaxation, allowing you to unwind at your hotel and enjoy the scenic views of the coastline. Overnight at a 5-star hotel such as Heritance Negombo or similar.
After breakfast, we head to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you will have the chance to witness elephants being fed, bathing, and playing in the river. Afterward, we will drive to Sigiriya, stopping in Dambulla for lunch. In the late afternoon, you will climb the famous Sigiriya Lion Rock, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to admire the stunning views. Today, we make our way to Kandy, with a stop at a local spice garden where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s Ayurvedic medicine practices. Upon arrival in Kandy, you’ll visit the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya and, in the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandy cultural show. This is followed by a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic to witness the sunset ceremonies. Overnight at a 3-star hotel like Suisse Hotel or similar.
After breakfast, we head to Kitulgala for some adventurous activities, including white-water rafting and the confidence jump. After a thrilling morning, we drive to Delhouse, where you’ll prepare for the famous climb of Adam’s Peak. Overnight at a 4-star hotel such as Grand Adams Peak or similar.
Your day starts early at 1 a.m. as we begin the ascent of Adam’s Peak, also known as Sri Pada, a pilgrimage site revered by many religious communities. After reaching the summit to witness the stunning sunrise, we descend and return to Delhouse to relax and recover from the climb. The afternoon is free for a swim or a massage. We continue our journey to Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England,” after breakfast. The drive takes you through breathtaking green hills, and upon arrival, you’ll visit a tea factory and estate to learn about Sri Lanka’s tea production. In the morning, we visit Horton Plains National Park, a stunning protected area with rich biodiversity. The highlight here is the famous “World’s End,” a dramatic drop-off offering spectacular views. Afterward, we head to Nanuoya Train Station and embark on one of the most scenic train journeys in the world, heading to Ella. Overnight at a 4-star hotel like EKHO Ella or similar.
Today, you’ll explore the beauty of Ella by visiting attractions such as the Ravanna Waterfalls, Little Adam’s Peak, Ella Rock, Nine Arches Bridge, and Demodara. In the afternoon, we drive to Tissamaharama, near Yala National Park, where you will spend the night in a resort.
Rise early for an exciting jeep safari in Yala National Park, home to the world’s highest concentration of leopards, along with other wildlife species. After a thrilling safari, you will return to Tissamaharama for the night.
After breakfast, we travel to Galle to explore its historic fort, followed by a visit to the Japanese Peace Pagoda, a sea turtle hatchery, and the Hikkaduwa Coral Garden. In the afternoon, you can choose to participate in water sports such as snorkeling or surfing. Overnight at a 5-star hotel like Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon or similar.
Enjoy a full day of leisure at the beach in Hikkaduwa. Take in the peaceful surroundings or partake in optional activities such as exploring the nearby area. Overnight at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon or similar.
