Travel by private vehicle to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its colonial architecture and cool climate. After some free time to explore the town, continue your journey to the Ella region. Stay at the G Adventures-supported AMBA Estate, an organic tea plantation that promotes economic growth in the local community by paying fair wages and sharing profits.
Begin the day with a tour of the AMBA Estate, learning about Sri Lanka’s famous tea production and tasting freshly brewed tea.
