Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh

Arrive in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, at your convenience. The day is free for you to settle in, and there are no planned activities until the evening. You’ll meet your Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and fellow travelers during a welcome meeting at the hotel. Accommodation is at the Sim Boutique Hotel or a similar establishment, setting a comfortable tone for your adventure.

Day 2: Phnom Penh – Historical Insights

Begin your day with a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Prison (S21) and the Choeung Ek Killing Fields, where you’ll learn about Cambodia’s tragic history. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore other notable sights such as the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum, and Wat Phnom. You can choose to shop for souvenirs at the Russian Market or simply soak in the local culture. Breakfast is included, and you’ll return to the Sim Boutique Hotel for the night.

Day 3: Battambang – Colonial Charm

Travel to Battambang, a city rich in colonial architecture. The journey takes about 5 to 6 hours by private vehicle. Once you arrive, you can explore the riverside area before dinner. Optional activities include a tuk-tuk tour to the Governor’s Residence or the haunting Phnom Sampouv (the killing caves). Enjoy a comfortable stay at the Star Hotel BBM or a similar hotel. Breakfast is included.

Day 4: Angkor Wat – Culinary Delights

Depart Battambang and journey to Siem Reap, the gateway to the magnificent Angkor Wat complex. En route, immerse yourself in Khmer culinary traditions with a cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare local dishes and savor your creations for lunch. After this cultural experience, continue to Siem Reap, checking in at the Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel or similar. The travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours, covering a distance of 175 km. Day 5: Angkor Wat – Sunrise Experience

Awake early to witness the spectacular sunrise over Angkor Wat, one of the most iconic temples in the world. With a local guide, explore the vast complex, learning about its history and architecture. Spend the entire day at Angkor, returning to your hotel for a relaxing afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a meal at the New Hope Vocational Training Restaurant, which supports local community initiatives. Day 6: Siem Reap – Free Exploration

Today is free for you to explore more of the Angkor complex or venture to nearby attractions. You can visit the Angkor Museum or take a trip to the Tonle Sap Floating Village. For those seeking wildlife experiences, you’ll travel to Kratie, home to the rare Irrawaddy dolphins, with a scenic boat trip planned for the afternoon. Accommodation will be at the River Dolphin Hotel or similar, and breakfast is included.

Day 7: Kratie – Dolphin Adventure

After breakfast, continue your journey to Kratie, a town along the banks of the mighty Mekong River. In the afternoon, embark on a boat trip to observe the endangered Irrawaddy dolphins in their natural habitat. After an exciting day, you’ll return to the River Dolphin Hotel for a restful evening. Breakfast is included.

Day 8: Kampong Cham – Cultural Discoveries

Travel to Kampong Cham, the third-largest city in Cambodia. On the way, visit the Bridge of Jayavarman VII, a historic site, and explore local silk farms and rubber plantations. You can also opt to bike through villages or visit the 11th-century Vat Nokor temple. Enjoy an overnight stay at the Monorom VIP Hotel or similar, with breakfast provided.

Day 9: Kampot – Natural Wonders

Make your way to Kampot, known for its famous pepper and Bokor National Park. The drive will take approximately 5 to 6 hours, covering 245 km. Upon arrival, check in at the Kampot Sunny Hotel or similar. Spend your free day enjoying the natural beauty of the area, with optional activities like a visit to Rabbit Island or a culinary adventure in Kep. Breakfast is included.

Day 10: Kampot – Leisure and Adventure

Today is yours to enjoy in Kampot. Consider taking a sunset cruise, cycling through the countryside, or relaxing on the beaches. Sample delicious local seafood or try your hand at fishing or hiking. Your overnight accommodation remains at the Kampot Sunny Hotel, with breakfast included.

Day 11: Sihanoukville – Island Retreat

Transfer to Sihanoukville, where you’ll board a ferry to your own private beach on Koh Rong. Once you arrive, enjoy the crystal-clear waters, relax on the beach, and savor fresh local seafood. Stay at Scarlet Sails Resort or similar, with breakfast included.

Day 12: Koh Rong – Relaxation and Exploration

Day 13: Phnom Penh – Cyclo Tour

Depart Koh Rong and return to Phnom Penh, where you’ll enjoy a cyclo tour of th city, exploring its vibrant streets.  Consider relaxing in a riverside café with a refreshing drink. Your final night will be spent at the Sim Boutique Hotel or similar, with breakfast included.

Day 14: Departure

After breakfast, the tour concludes, and you can depart at your convenience, taking with you unforgettable memories from your Ultimate Cambodian Adventure.
