From Vietnam’s northern wonders, you’ll move south to the Mekong Delta, where picturesque rivers and lush landscapes invite you to explore traditional floating villages and experience the daily life of the region’s residents. The tour’s cultural highlight takes place in Cambodia, where you’ll marvel at the majestic ruins of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap. ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (Northern Vietnam)

Upon landing in Hanoi, our team will warmly welcome you at the airport and escort you to the Viet View Hotel for check-in. After settling in, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Stroll through the charming Old Quarter, sample delicious street food, or relax and unwind at your hotel in preparation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Hanoi to Ha Long Bay – Overnight Cruise

After breakfast, depart for the breathtaking Ha Long Bay. You’ll board a traditional cruise boat with air-conditioned cabins and elegant wooden interiors. Sail past over 3,000 limestone karsts rising dramatically from emerald waters. Visit scenic spots, explore caves, swim, and enjoy onboard meals including lunch and dinner, all while surrounded by one of the world’s most magnificent natural wonders.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay to Hanoi

Wake up to serene views and a hearty breakfast on the cruise. Visit the impressive Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, then enjoy a relaxing brunch before disembarking. Return to Hanoi by road, arriving around 3:00 PM. Check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the Old Quarter, or perhaps enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.

Day 4: Hanoi City Tour and Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Southern Vietnam)

After breakfast, explore Hanoi’s key landmarks including:

  • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
  • One Pillar Pagoda
  • Temple of Literature
  • Hoan Kiem Lake
  • St. Joseph’s Cathedral
  • Opera House

In the afternoon, transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). On arrival, our team will greet you and transfer you to Liberty Park View Hotel for check-in.

Day 5: Explore Ho Chi Minh City & Cu Chi Tunnels

After breakfast, begin your Ho Chi Minh City tour. Visit:

  • Notre Dame Cathedral
  • Central Post Office
  • Reunification Palace
  • War Remnants Museum (if time allows)

In the afternoon, head to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, a vast underground network used during the Vietnam War. After your exploration, return to your hotel. Enjoy your evening discovering Saigon’s bustling nightlife and vibrant street food scene.

Day 6: Mekong Delta Exploration & Flight to Siem Reap (Cambodia)

Depart after breakfast for My Tho in the Mekong Delta (approx. 75 km from Saigon). Cruise through riverside villages and lush orchards. Highlights include:

  • Vinh Trang Pagoda – the oldest in the Delta
  • Coconut candy & local workshops
  • Traditional folk music and bee farming visit

After the tour, transfer directly to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your evening flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Upon arrival, check in at the Cardamon Hotel.

Day 7: Angkor Wat & Small Circuit Temples

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day Small Circuit temple tour:

  • Angkor Wat – largest religious monument on Earth
  • Angkor Thom – the ancient royal city
  • Bayon Temple – iconic stone faces
  • Ta Prohm – overgrown by jungle, made famous by Tomb Raider
  • Takeo Temple
  • End the day with a spectacular sunset view over the Angkor ruins. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Khmer dinner with Apsara dance performance.

 Day 8: Banteay Srei & Grand Circuit Temples

Head 30 km north to visit the intricately carved Banteay Srei Temple, made of pink sandstone. En route, experience rural Cambodian life.

  • Continue your temple exploration on the Grand Circuit:
  • Preah Khan
  • Neak Pean
  • Ta Som
  • Pre Rup (sunset spot)
  • Return to your hotel for your final night in Cambodia.

Day 9: Departure from Siem Reap

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast and some final shopping or sightseeing depending on your flight schedule. Later, transfer to Siem Reap Airport for your onward flight.
